Spelt is one of the oldest grains to be cultivated, and is referred to as one of the original ancient grains. Although closely related to wheat, many people who are sensitive to wheat can tolerate spelt. (Please note that spelt is not suitable for people with coeliac disease). This tasty and nutritious bread is packed full of  organically grown ingredients. Made by Sol Breads.

A unique blend of Spelt white and wholegrain flours, this loaf is crusty, dense in texture, with a taste of sweetness and nutty barley flavours. Ideal accompaniment to pasta, wine and salads.

Ingredients: Organic Spelt Flour, Water, Organic Wholemeal Spelt Flour, Salt (non-iodised), Bread Improver.
