Some varieties of potatoes like cooler weather and perform better in a cooler climate. This is why we get some of our potatoes from Tasmania, both our kipflers and dutch creams. If you want a locally grown potato, grab some sebabo potatoes, which are farmed in Gatton.
All of our potatoes are grown using organic farming practices.
