Organic bread isn’t just a marketing term - it means the ingredients are at least 95% organic and free from artificial preservatives or genetically modified grains. When grains are refined they can lose up to 25% of their nutrients, but organically produced loaves retain more of their natural goodness and often taste and smell richer because they aren’t processed with additives. Our collection reflects this ethos: you’ll find sourdoughs, spelt and sunflower loaves, gluten‑free market bread and herb‑infused focaccia made with grains like rye, millet, rice or sprouted seeds. Because supply varies, favourites may come and go, so embrace the variety and try something different if your usual loaf isn’t in stock.
