These premium South Australian-grown ruby plums are festive and work beautifully in both sweet and savoury dishes, a sensational addition to a charcuterie/cheese board, diced into Christmas puddings and cakes, plum sauce, plum jam, baked into tarts and pies, granola bars, or simply eaten straight from the bag. Our deep ruby red plums are handpicked, hand cut, stretched onto trays and semi-dried, retaining their essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They are sweet, tart, and chewy all at the same time with a luscious, silky texture.

Grown and processed without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers; are non-GMO and have no added sugar. Small amount of preservative is added to retain the colour and moistness (200).
