Packed with protein and fibre, this dahl is also an excellent source of essential vitamins and minerals for growth and development. Plus, it's highly versatile - serve it as a main dish or mix it with other purees to experiment with different flavour combinations.

To Serve: Remove from packaging and heat in a microwave safe bowl (or heat on the stove over a pot of simmering water). The consistency can be changed by adding water, breast milk or formula. Always test the temperature of the food before feeding to your baby or toddler. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
