My Baby Organics recommends introducing single foods one at a time to check for allergies or reactions. Once your baby is happy with an ingredient, you can mix and match with other ingredients to create your own combinations and create variety in your Baby's diet. 

To Serve: Remove from packaging and heat in a microwave safe bowl (or heat on the stove over a pot of simmering water). The consistency can be changed by adding water, breast milk or formula. Always test the temperature of the food before feeding to your baby or toddler. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
