Conventional Chinese garlic is grown with chemicals that are banned in Australia! They're kept in cold storage and bleached to make them white.
Our garlic is Australian, fresh and spray-free (and it tastes amazing!) and comes locally from Gatton.
Elephant garlic cloves are much larger than traditional garlic cloves.
