This Black Tea (Qld single origin tea) and fermented lemon loaf is a staff favourite of Indie Bakehouse. 

A fragrant and fluffy loaf with a hint of lemon (from Adrians's fermented lemon paste) which is just perfect for chicken sandwiches or slathered with lemon butter. 

Indie Bakehouse's delicious sourdough bread, raised in their Brisbane kitchen using sustainable flour from Wholegrain Milling family mills.

Ingredients: Organic bakers flour, organic houseblend of wholegrain flours (spelt, rye, Khorasan, Heritage), wild brisbane yeasts, single origin Queensland black tea,  organic fermented lemon paste (organic lemon, sugar, apple cider vinegar), Olsons salt.
