Ingredients: Organic bakers flour, organic houseblend of wholegrain flours (spelt, rye, Khorasan, Heritage), wild brisbane yeasts, sesame seeds (black and white), sunflower seeds, soy sauce, brown rice vinegar, mirin, sugar, pine nuts, toasted sesame oil, Olsons salt.
