Japanese Turnips are smaller, white, globe-shaped roots with green edible leaves that resemble radishes. Due to their mild flavor, they can be eaten raw or cooked/roasted.

Turnips are a high fibre vegetables full of immune boosting nutrients to keep you strong and healthy over the winter months. Roast, fry in butter or oil, grate into a salad or ferment them.
