How lucky are we to be able to have such beautiful sunshine filled days and call this winter?
This Wednesday will be the shortest day and the longest night of the year. At the midpoint of the year, it's a great time to reflect on the last 6 months and to reaffirm or set some goals and dreams for the next 6 months of the year.
Our goal right now is to find someone to fill Nanita's shoes as she has announced she's leaving us in 2 weeks 😭. We're so sad to see her go but wish her all the best in her new adventures.

We were hoping to delight you today with the news we had strawberries but alas... the weather is too cold :-( Hopefully next week
Capsicums are a mix of colours this week - some green, some red, some in between. It's too cold for tomatoes this week so no roma or round are available. We do have Cherry Truss Tomatoes still available for those who are still enjoying salads.
We also have a small amount of Wulff and Cubb Lions Mane Mushrooms available. Lion's Mane mushrooms are nature's hidden gem, brimming with incredible benefits. These unique fungi have the potential to boost cognitive function, protect the brain, strengthen the immune system, fight inflammation, and support digestive health.
GROCERY UPDATE 🛒
We have broadened our butcher range to include chicken and turkey from GreenAg Organic Free Range Turkey & Chicken. You'll find a whole range of chicken thighs, breast fillets, mince, drumsticks and sausages in the Grocery and Butcher sections of our store. We love GreenAg because they're a small family business, they're Certified Organic, super local (just past Toowoomba) and they're really passionate about producing the best quality meat in a way that's good for the animal, the environment, the farmer and the health of the consumer.
We've also added a clean Kabana from Gamze Smokehouse, more salad toppings plus an a Nutritional Yeast from Pimp My Salad, and Strawberry flavoured children's toothpaste from Jack & Jill.
