Free pick-up
If you'd like to save on delivery fees, you can collect your order for free from any one of our 30+ pick up points across Brisbane.
These locations are our customers' homes or businesses. They kindly open their homes to you in order to keep delivery costs down and prices low.
Each pick up location has it's own delivery day. We will text you prior to your pick up day to confirm the time we expect to deliver and again once your order is ready for pick up.
If you have refrigerated or frozen items, we'll pack them in a styrofoam box for you and include an ice pack to keep them cold until you can collect.

Home delivery
Of course it's often more convenient to have your order delivered to your door so we offer that too.
We do our own deliveries in the Brisbane area from Wednesday to Saturday and use refrigerated couriers to deliver to the Sunshine Coast, Gympie, Toowoomba, the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads and Northern NSW down to Lismore.
Home delivery is a flat rate of $12.50. For Brisbane customers, we offer free delivery on orders over $200.
Frozen and cold items will be packed in Styrofoam or chilltainers with ice packs. Please arrange to take them inside quickly.

Please try to collect from our pick-up points within 5 hours to ensure your box isn't sitting out too long. It is your responsibility to remember to collect your order.
