What do you currently make?
I hand craft delicious granola clusters here in Brisbane. They are gluten free, vegan & refined sugar free. I have three flavours in the range - Almond & Coconut, Dark Chocolate and the brand new Caramel Coffee (my favourite!) They taste just like cookies and are extremely addictive.

How did you get into your business?
I launched the business in 2016. It all started after I had to make some changes to my diet after being told I was gluten intolerant. I began making a lot of food from scratch and brought the granola that I had created into work. I gave it to my co-workers to try and everyone became addicted! So I googled how to start a food business as I had no idea how to even begin... And here we are 4 years later.

What do you enjoy about your business?
I love that so many people enjoy the products I create. I never tire of seeing people's faces light up when they taste it for the first time. It also allows me a fair bit of flexibility to spend time with my crazy 3 year old.

Why did you decide to make a product that is 100% natural?
It's the way I enjoy eating. I think your body functions at its best when you fuel it with wholesome, natural food. So that has always been my focus from the very beginning of the business.

What challenges do you face as a result of this decision and what methods do you use to overcome them?
When I first started the business I didn't understand how to actually make it viable as I was still learning. I was buying extremely expensive ingredients and struggling to keep afloat. After a while you learn smarter ways to source things (while still focusing on quality of course!)

What's your favourite meal?
Breakfast is always my favorite meal of the day! I love soft boiled eggs with Sol Breads Megagrain toast topped with Everymite. Or if I am wanting something sweet a bowl of my Almond & Coconut Granola Clusters with yoghurt and fresh berries.
