Barambah Organic Dairy runs three dairy farms in Queensland and New South Wales, adhering to organic and sustainable farming values. The company puts the health of their cows first, feeding them on chemical- and pesticide-free lush green grass full of nutrients.

Certified organic means Barambah milk is produced without the use of pesticides, herbicides, hormones or antibiotics. Barambah's organic milk is not homogenised which means they have kept the milk in its most natural state. The milk is incredibly fresh and creamy. 

What is non-homogenised milk?
Homogenisation in milk is a process where the cream particles are broken down into smaller particles to achieve a uniform consistency and to prevent the cream from layering at the top. Non-homogenised milk has not undergone this process and is closer to it's natural state.  You'll find that your Barambah Dairy milk will form a layer of cream at the top.
