Smoked Free Range Chicken breast is a very special product and a lot of Gamze customers say it is their favorite. Chicken lends itself very well to the process of curing and smoking as it absorbs the brine very well and takes on an amazing color and flavor from the smoking process. It eats very well both hot or cold.
It also have a verity of amazing uses in cooking like pasta, pizza, salads and kids lunch’s. But our favorite is a Smoked Chicken and pea risotto made simply with white wine and parmesan cheese.
Ingredients: Free Range Chicken, Water, Salt, Celery Extract, Rosemary Extract, Citrus Fibre, Honey.
