Coffee soaked figs, apricots prunes and raisins in a hearty loaf.

Baked Fresh daily by Indie Bakehouse at Woolloongabba. Indie Bakehouse makes small batches of sustainable artisan sourdough, custom celebration cakes & nourishing brekkie bars. Their lovely loaves are crafted by hand using sustainable local flour.

Ingredients: Organic bakers flour, organic houseblend of wholegrain flours (spelt, rye, Khorasan, Heritage), wild brisbane yeasts, coffee, apricots, figs, prunes, raisins, organic fermented lemon paste (organic lemon, sugar, apple cider vinegar), Olsons salt.
