We love our Changing Habits Certified Organic Gelatin Powder and here's a great way to use it. This simple recipe is packed with amino acids, protein and gut-healing goodness. It's also low in sugar, super easy to make and tastes delicious.
What you need:
1 cup boiling water
2 cups filtered water or coconut water
3 tbsp Changing Habits Gelatin
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 cup raspberries
Optional: 1/2 - 1 Tbsp honey or liquid stevia to taste
1. Combine gelatin with 1/2 cup of water or coconut water and stir to combine, set it aside and allow it to bloom and thicken.
2. Once it has thickened add the hot water to the gelatin and stir until it has completely dissolved, or simply pop it onto a low heat on the stove top (in a small saucepan) and stir until dissolved.
3. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool slightly. Then mix through the rest of the ingredients and pour into bowls, glass jars or containers and place in the fridge to set.
4. Once it's ready enjoy!
