This week we are thrilled to introduce you to Nick and Brydie, the incredible farmers behind Belvedere Farm. 👨🌾🚜These wonderful folks are based just north of Brisbane in Woodford, and they're on a mission to build a food system that nourishes both people and animals. Their commitment to holistic farming ensures that their chickens, pigs, and cattle are always happy and healthy. Talk about farming with heart! Starting this week, we're thrilled to offer you their beautiful nitrate-free bacon until Echo Valley Farms restock. Trust us, it's bacon worth savouring. 🥓

Mother Nature has thrown us a few curveballs lately, causing some availability issues with certain produce. But fear not, because we're still here to bring you the freshest goodies straight from our farmer friends' hands.
Unfortunately, our beloved pink lady apples won't be available again this week. However, we've got a delicious substitute for you—red delicious apples grown right here in Stanthorpe. 🍎 Trust us, they're just as mouthwatering as their pink counterparts. Plus, they have that classic crunch we all love!
While green snow peas are taking a little break, purple snow peas are coming to the rescue. 💜 They're crunchy, vibrant, and add a fun twist to all your favourite recipes. Give them a go and prepare to fall in love with their pop of colour! Our Snow Peas and Sugar Snap Peas are farmed by the Pennell Family at Scenic Rim Organics. 👌
Oh, and how about this—our friends at Black Crow Organics have spoiled us with an amazing deal on Sebago Potatoes and Dutch Cream Potatoes. For just $4.50, you can snag an entire kilo of these creamy spuds. It's a steal! 😲 Hailing from Tenthill (near Gatton), the team at Black Crow have transformed what was once a conventional potato farm into a lush, certified organic, spud haven🥔

✨We love the Riverbell Cottage range of handmade soaps, so we took a vote on which one was our favourite scent to pop on special this week! The clear winner, Sage & Gum. It's vegan, all-natural, and made with love using plant-based oils, butters, and essential oils.
