PICKUP POINT UPDATE! 📍
Do you collect your order from a pickup point with a freezer? If you’re a customer at Brassall, Forest Lake, Kenmore, Ormeau Hills, Rocklea, Dayboro, Redland Bay, Wynnum, Ashgrove, Norman Park, or Wooloowin, please note that your frozen goods will now be packed in thermal packaging with ice bricks inside your esky boxes. ❄️ We’ve been packing frozen goods for other customers this way for the last 12 months without any issues. In fact, issues where frozen goods are left behind in freezers, or the wrong product is collected from a freezer are far more prevalent than frozen goods thawing inside eskies.
Making this change will allow us to streamline our processes and provide a better overall experience for you! So remember, you will no longer collect your frozen goods from the freezer at your pickup point - they’ll be carefully packaged inside thermal packing in your boxes. 📦

Tanya from Indie Bakehouse is back in the bakery after being ill last week! This week is the last chance to order her delicious sourdough breads and loaves before she takes a break for 3 months to visit family overseas. If you love her loaves, we’d recommend ordering extra and freezing them. 🍞❤️
Cookies and sweet treats will continue to be available in her absence (but bread will not).

This week, we are wishing the happiest of happy birthdays to one of our favourite farmers, Dennis from Gran Elly Orchard, who celebrated his 80th birthday over the weekend! 🎉 You can wish Dennis a Happy Birthday by adding some of his Royal Gala apples to your order this week. We’ve put a special price on his apples so that everyone can enjoy them - just $9.90 for a kg! 🍏
We’ve also got a fantastic deal on cauliflower this week from Black Crow Organics in Tenthill (in the Lockyer Valley). These certified organic cauliflowers are perfect for cooking up a storm, and at just $8.95 for a whole cauli, it’s a bargain you don’t want to miss. 🥦 Adding diced cauliflower to a slow-cooked curry will make it extra creamy (without the cream). 🍛
