Using their own pastured eggs and top quality local ingredients, every batch is crafted in small runs for true homemade flavour. Handcrafted Pasta Rooted in Regenerative Farming

Every pasta and sauce in this collection begins on Woodland Valley Farm where Fabian Fabbro and Jodie Vickers raise happy hens on regenerative pasture. With an abundance of beautiful eggs, they began making fresh pasta and Pasta Bah was born. Today, their Murwillumbah kitchen creates small batch pasta, gnocchi and sauces that celebrate real ingredients and traditional methods.

Each product is mixed, rolled and cut with care, then paired with slow cooked sauces made from honest, seasonal produce. The result is simple, nourishing meals that taste like they came straight from a family kitchen.
