The Almond Farmer almonds are sustainably grown, hand picked, sorted and selected in South Australia’s Riverland to bring you a premium insecticide free product.

Their raw almonds are air-dried and ground with the skin still on, which produces a fuller, nuttier flavour and a slightly coarser texture than blanched almond meal. The consistency is very similar to a corn meal.  

Natural meal is great for low carb diets and a popular gluten free and healthy alternative to white flour. It can be used in various recipes from easy crackers and pastries to confectionery items and desserts. It also adds moistness and a rich nutty taste to baked goods.
