Looking for a lovely gluten-free bread? Indie Bakehouse's Buckwheat & Chia Loaf is usually only made by special request but Tanya has kindly agreed to bake it regularly for us!
This dense loaf comes unsliced - we recommend slicing immediately and freezing. It's delicious toasted and served with lots of lovely organic butter. Dense loafs like this one are usually quite small but they go a long way as they are more filling that your traditional white loaves.
Buckwheat is high in fibre while chia seeds are high in omega 3 fatty acids. Both are great for your overall health.
Ingredients: Chemical-free Australian buckwheat flour, organic chia seeds, baking powder (gf), rice bran oil, salt.
