Symons Dairy's Parmesan is aged for more than a year, allowing it to obtain its classic "grana" texture and delivering a creamy, nutty flavour with a light tang. Working to achieve the level of quality found in Italian grana cheeses, Cheese Maker Steve Interlandia crafted this product following techniques taught by his father John in 1958.

Certified Organic and made from certified organic milk produced by pasture-raised cows.  

Ingredients: Organic milk (98%), Salt, Started Cultures, Non-Animal Rennet
