Shrub Concentrate - Mango (350ml)

Sweet and tangy, our fermented shrubs are made from last season’s QLD mangos and  fermented for almost 8 months. Add to iced teas or sparkling water for a refreshing drink, drizzled as a soaking syrup for cakes or trifles, or whisk together with oil and vinegar for a sweet and tangy salad dressing. They are also excellent additions to sauces, marinades, and perfect for a sneaky cocktail. 

About Gutsy Shrubs

A pioneer beverage originating from the 1700s, shrubs are essentially fruity, sometimes herby, fermented flavoured concentrates. Gutsy shrubs are made of seasonal fruit, herbs, spices, and sugar that is macerated, fermented for a good part of a year, then pressed by hand, all without heat. They are concentrated cordials, used to add depth and flavour to dishes and beverages.
