Buckwheat (Fagopyrum Esculentum) is an annual broad leaf crop perfect for cool and wet growing seasons. Interestingly, buckwheat is not related to wheat, yet is gluten-free and high in magnesium. It even provides a balanced amino acid profile and has a low-GI, making it a healthier alternative to common gluten-free flours. Since buckwheat is technically a fruit, careful harvesting, processing, and storage are vital to guarantee purity and a mild flavour for high nutrition and quality baking.

Our white, chemical-free buckwheat flour is milled Chemical Free in Parkes, New South Wales from Australian-grown buckwheat and tested for chemical residue. Buckwheat Flour is great for gluten-free baking, crepes, and pancakes.

Tastiest Pumpkin Seeds Ever!

I've tried lots of pumpkin seeds in my time, including dehydrating and baking them myself, but these are the most flavoursome that I've ever had. They also have a nice crunch.
