Flour Spelt Whole Stoneground Organic
An early relative to wheat, spelt is an ancient grain that has a delightful nutty taste and aroma. This spelt flour has stoneground whole and then lightly sifted to remove around 5% of the bran to produce a hearty, full flavoured whole spelt flour, great for bread and pasta.
