Flour Spelt Whole Stoneground Organic
An early relative to wheat, spelt is an ancient grain that has a delightful nutty taste and aroma. This spelt flour has stoneground whole and then lightly sifted to remove around 5% of the bran to produce a hearty, full flavoured whole spelt flour, great for bread and pasta.

Deborah Crompton I've tried lots of pumpkin seeds in my time, including dehydrating and baking them myself, but these are the most flavoursome that I've ever had. They also have a nice crunch.
