Join the Mystery Box Challenge and put your kitchen creativity to the test!

This box includes some vegan protein and a surprise mix of fresh, seasonal spray-free veggies — everything you need to cook up a delicious, nourishing meal. You can also use pantry staples to complete your dish.

All Mystery Boxes are gluten and dairy-free.

How it works:

1. Order your box – choose from chicken, beef, pork or vegetarian
2. Create your dish – use the ingredients + any pantry staples you need
3. Share your creation – email photos/videos + a short description to hello@sprayfreefarmacy.com
4. Bonus points – post your creation and tag @sprayfreefarmacy on Instagram or Facebook
