We love using Berkelo Sourdough Pastas in this dish as they use ancient grains that are long fermented so they're much gentler on your digestive system. While not strictly gluten-free, many people who can't tolerate wheat can enjoy these pastas.
Designed by our friend, nutritionist and all-round wellness guru, Casey-Lee Lyons of Live Love Nourish. The recipe combines fresh, quality, organic ingredients to keep your family nourished.
