Introducing Ancient Grains Seed Rolls with a sourdough base, perfect for anyone looking to add some seeds to their diet! Each pack comes with four rolls, topped with delicious sesame seeds. High in fibre, low GI.
Ingredients: Organic Rye Flour & Sourdough (Certified Organic), Filtered Water, Kibbled Rye, Red Lentils, Sunflower Kernels, Sesame Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Olive Oil, Sea Salt.

Ancient Grains bread is baked in Melbourne each Monday and arrives at our warehouse on Wednesdays. We refrigerate it immediately to extend the shelf life and deliver to our customers on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Please use within 1-3 days or freeze to extend the shelf life.
As this bread contains no preservatives, it does not last as long as regular sandwich loaves and will go mouldy if left out for too long.
