White Chocolate Chips (300gm)

Technically, white chocolate isn't chocolate at all, because it's made using only the butter or fat from the cocoa bean, and contains none of the cocoa solids that give dark and milk chocolates their flavour and colour. Yet, when made with only real and organic ingredients, white chocolate has a decadent rich mouthfeel, which can make truffles even more lush, give cheesecake a heavenly opulence, and make its mark against even the best dark and milk chocolates.

Our Temptress white chocolate is deliciously smooth, rich and creamy and can be used for baking, melting, moulding or eaten straight from the pack, just as it is.
