What do you currently make?
We breed and sell heritage poultry, sell stingless bee hives & recently created our brand of Diatomaceous Earth – Our Ancient Earth.

How did you get into this?
Pure chance. Saw an opportunity and went for it 15 years ago.

What do you enjoy most about your work?
The customers who have become our friends and family.

Why is organic/chemical-free food important to you?
It needs to be the way forward if we have a chance of saving our planet.

What’s your favourite meal?
Ceasar salad – has been for 20 years.
