A reminder to get your juice on!

Who doesn't love fresh juice? The real stuff, just fruit and veg, nothing else. I swear I can feel it nourishing my body as it goes in - it feels that good!

I go through stages with juice, I'll have it every day for awhile and then I'll forget I even have a juicer and it'll gather dust while I live on smoothies instead.

I was reminded how good fresh juice is this week when I realised we were getting fresh pears (straight off the spray-free trees at Tenterfield) and remembered how good pear juice is for constipation! (Something I've been suffering with again lately - TMI?)

  • Celery
  • Pear
  • Carrot

There are many more delicious combinations you could make! The rule is - not too much fruit! Always make sure you balance out the sugar with plenty of vegetables.
