Things have quietened down a little on the farms this week, but we’ve still got a couple of fun updates and a few self-care reminders for Christmas in case you need them.

Organic Blueberries – Hampton Blue

Big berry energy! We’ve now got bulk 500g punnets of organic blueberries available for a very limited time. Same beautiful Hampton Blue blueberries you know and love… just more of them. Perfect for Christmas pavlovas or freezer stashes. Grab them while they’re here… they won’t hang around long.

Wild-Caught Salmon – Collin’s Seafood

After the recent news about antibiotics being dumped into Tassie salmon farms, our wild-caught salmon absolutely flew out the door, and we completely ran out! But it’s back in stock!

This is beautiful sockeye salmon from Alaska, wild-caught, additive-free, and the kind of fish you can feel genuinely good about feeding your family. Stock up, feast freely, and rest easy knowing it’s only good for ya.

🎄 A LITTLE CHRISTMAS SELF-CARE REMINDER

The silly season can be full of joy… and also a lot. Extra people, extra food, extra expectations. So here are a few gentle reminders from us, no perfection required:

Eat to feel good. Christmas can throw routines out the window, so gentle check-ins help. Eat regularly, listen to your body, and ditch the “save yourself for later” mindset… there’s plenty of good food to go around.

Drink some actual water (not just eggnog, bubbles or leftover pavlova cream 😉).

Step outside for 5 minutes. Bare feet on grass, sun on your face, a deep breath, or a quick walk around the block do wonders.

Remember: food is meant to be shared, enjoyed and remembered… not stressed over.
