Happy New Year!Kristen is taking a well deserved break to start her year and is incredible lucky to have such an awesome team to hold the fort in her absence 😊.If you're like me, you're weekend may have involved some reflecting on the year that's been, setting new intentions for the year ahead and being surrounded by some of your loved ones.I have a lot of gratitude for all the highs and low's experienced in 2022. Becoming the administration rockstar was right up there with the highs this year of course!🙌 My intention for the year ahead is to feel my best. Physically, mentally and spiritually. There is no set weight I am wanting to achieve or a specific mindset or spiritual goal. Just intending to make some changes to feel my best and make the most of the year ahead. We have conveniently partnered with the Shift Clinic to support their Summer Reset Challenge. I have signed up for this free 7 day challenge in the hope this will help me with my intention for this year. PRODUCE UPDATE 🍎We now have single items available to purchase for those of you who like to be able to know how many apples they are going to receive in their order. So far we have apples, bananas, broccoli, lemons, sweet potatoes and tomatoes. Let us know if there are other produce items you'd like to be able to purchase per piece.
Also exciting to see passionfruit is now in season and available to purchase. I am a sucker for a banana cake with passionfruit icing.
GROCERY UPDATE 🛒 As the beeswax tealight candles have been very popular, we have added glass tea light holders to the store. If you are a Loco Love lover like most of the team at Spray-Free Farmacy. You'll be delighted to know we have two new flavours in stock - Zingy Ginger Bread Caramel and Cosmic Coffee Cream. Have tried them both and can confirm they are delightful!
