Happy Monday!
Kristen here, back this week after a beautifully relaxing week away camping with my family. We went to Cedarvale Park right near Farmer Kel's place at Sandy Creek - it was gorgeous and I highly recommend it.
I hope you've been enjoying a summer break as well. It's looking like many people are needing to restock their fridges this week as large orders are coming in fast - get in quick so you don't miss out on limited items.
Have you got a word for 2023? I always like to pick a word that describes how I want to show up/what I want to experience during the year. This year my word is JOY so I'm planning on doing lots of dancing, laughing, enjoying delicious food, spending time with people who make me feel good, playing with my kids and many other things that generate JOY. What's your word?

New this week we have fresh Blueberries from the awesome folks at Hampton Blue. Green Capsicums are abundant and on special, along with fresh Lettuce Mix from Sandy Creek.
The single items we added last week were very popular so we'll continue to add more produce varieties in singles for those who only want a small amount or want to know exactly how many items they'll receive. What would you like to see available as singles? We'd love to hear your thoughts.

Indie Bakehouse is back this week after a well deserved break and they have 2 exciting new products available - a Giant Peanut Butter & Miso Cornflake Cookie and a Miso Sunflower Herb Sourdough. We love the monthly changes and Tanya's creativity with baking!
Speaking of creative, the very talented Sarah Lantz from Temptress Apothecary has also released some new products this week - 3 flavours of Fresh Sticky Chai Masala. The combination of heart-warming spices and honey harvested from Sarah's own sustainable hives is just divine!
