Happy Easter Monday! I hope your week is off to a glorious start. Back to school tomorrow so it's probably time to think about restocking your fridge and pantry with plenty of goodies to fill those school lunchboxes and make some delicious week night meals.

We have decided to phase out the House of Goodness frozen dumplings as we need more cupboard space and less freezers at our warehouse - so these are all on special this week. Available to collect from any pick up point with a freezer (or home delivery if pre-arranged with us).

New this week we have fresh Purple Kohlrabi from Laidley and Ruby Grapefruit from Mundubbera. What do you do with Kohlrabi? So many things! Grate it into a salad and eat raw, slice it and fry with other vegetables or ferment it. You can use the bulb and the leaves so it's a really versatile and nutritious vegetable.

For all orders under $200 you can pick up for free or pay $10 for home delivery - we've managed to keep our delivery fee the same despite rising fuel prices 👍
