Farmacy Weekly Report Week #50

Farmacy Weekly Report Week #50

Happy Monday 12th of the 12th!

It's a magnificent summer day and I hope you are enjoying the lead up to the festive season. If you're feeling overwhelmed with Christmas shopping, planning the perfect Christmas spread and just getting everything done so you can take a break over Christmas here's a hot tip for you -

Remember to Breathe!

Take some time each day to pause, breathe deeply and consider why you are doing what you are doing. What does Christmas represent to you? Do you really need to buy so many presents? To me, it's about spending time with the people you love, spreading kindness and joy and having fun. Don't get too caught up in the madness that you forget what's really important ❤️

PRODUCE UPDATE 🍎

Juicy, seasonal, spray-free summer fruits are one thing that brings much joy in our house and we're excited to have Christmas Fruit Boxes available this week.

Check out what's in them here.

Sadly we couldn't get Cherries in the fruit boxes as they are really expensive this year. Double last year's price. This is because so many farmer's lost their crops in floods so Cherries are very limited in supply. We have added them for those who can afford the extra spend - 250gm for $15.50.

Nectarines and Peaches have come down in price this week so you can now get 500gm (instead of 300gm) for $8.
Red Cabbages from our farmers at Laidley are abundant right now - grab some and make sauerkraut! Only $4.50 each.
Mangoes have also come down in price. If you love them, grab a tray and save up to $30.

GROCERY UPDATE 🛒

Nothing new this week as we added so much last week! Have you tried the new additions from Indie Bakehouse and Sol Breads Christmas Range? We also have a whole section dedicated to Healthy Christmas Gifts (click here).

Did I mention we're open throughout the festive season? We'll have everything you need for delicious family meals.

Wishing you amazing health and happiness,
Kristen x
