Perfect spuds every time!

Creamy when mashed, crispy when roasted, hold form in a curry. Love these potatoes. I especially love that they are big so it takes less time to peel if you're wanting to do a big batch for a meal.

Had to throw 2 potatoes away because they were green beneath the skin. I know it’s difficult to know this when packing for the amount of dirt still on them
