These chicken frames come from 9Dorf Farms, a fifth generation family farm in the Lockyer Valley that has been farming with care since 1918. The chickens are pasture raised using regenerative farming methods on land that has always been spray free, with access to fresh grass, sunshine and space to move naturally.

9Dorf Farms chicken frames are perfect for making rich, nourishing bone broth and stock. They are full of flavour and collagen and are ideal for slow simmering to create broths for soups, sauces and cooking grains. Using frames is a wonderful way to honour the whole animal and make the most of high quality pasture raised chicken.

Freezing and best before information
This product is frozen immediately upon our receipt to lock in freshness and extend shelf life. The best before date printed on the packaging relates to the product prior to freezing and is no longer relevant once frozen. During delivery, the product may partially defrost in transit. This is normal and it is safe to refreeze the product once received, provided it remains cold.
