These chicken thigh cutlets come from 9Dorf Farms, a fifth generation family farm in the Lockyer Valley that has been farming with care since 1918. The chickens are pasture raised using regenerative farming methods on land that has always been spray free, with access to fresh grass, sunshine and space to move naturally.

9Dorf Farms chicken thigh cutlets are rich, juicy and full of flavour, with the skin helping to keep the meat tender during cooking. They are perfect for pan frying until golden, roasting with seasonal vegetables, or slow cooking in curries and casseroles. Raised at a natural pace, the meat has excellent texture and depth of flavour, making these cutlets a favourite for comforting meals and special dinners alike.

Freezing and best before information
This product is frozen immediately upon our receipt to lock in freshness and extend shelf life. The best before date printed on the packaging relates to the product prior to freezing and is no longer relevant once frozen. During delivery, the product may partially defrost in transit. This is normal and it is safe to refreeze the product once received, provided it remains cold.
