Our sweet potatoes currently come from a spray-free farm in Bundaberg, north of Brisbane. Dug fresh just days before they arrive in your box.

Enjoy roasted, mashed or sliced and cooked in a sandwich toaster. Another way is to slice using a potato peeler and fry in coconut oil.  

A great startchy vegetable that has more health benefits than white potatoes due to its high antioxidant content.
