Salmon, ginger, garlic and rice are like best friends and they go together beautifully in this easy, nutritious meal that can be whipped up in 20 minutes!

Our organic, waste-free meal kits can be delivered straight to your door across South-East Queensland and Northern NSW.

Flavoursome and so nourishing, this dish can be altered to suit your tastes with the toppings you choose to add. We recommend adding soy sauce and sesame oil, possibly even some fresh coriander and fried shallots.

Gluten-free, dairy-free. Our Wild Caught Organic Salmon comes from Collins Seafood. All produce is certified organic or organically grown (no chemical sprays).

Our meal kit contains the key ingredients you'll need. Be sure you've also got the pantry staples listed below - particularly chicken stock and rice (or order them from us too).

Inside this kit, you’ll find:

  • 2x Wild Caught Salmon (approx 150gm) FROZEN
  • Asian Veg (bunch)
  • Broccoli (300gm)
  • Eschallots (2 pieces)
  • Garlic (30gm)
  • Ginger (30gm)

You’ll also need (not included):

  • 1 cup Basmati Rice
  • 500ml Chicken Broth or Stock
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame oil (optional)
  • Coriander (optional)
