Designed by our friend, nutritionist and all-round wellness guru, Casey-Lee Lyons of Live Love Nourish. The recipe combines quality, organic ingredients to keep your family nourished.

• Onion - Brown (each)
• Spring Harvest Frozen Vegetables (600gm)
• Mince - Lamb or Beef (500gm) FROZEN
