This bread takes advantage of the health benefits of organic millet and pairs it with organic wholegrain spelt to create a delightfully fluffy and seed-filled loaf.

Ingredients: Organic Millet Flour (Certified Organic) (70%), Organic Wholegrain Spelt Flour & Sourdough (Certified Organic), Sunflower Kernels, Sesame Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Linseed, Organic Millet Seeds (Certified Organic), Organic Millet Flakes (Certified Organic), Filtered Water, Olive Oil, Sea Salt .

Contains: Wheat. Sesame seeds.

Ancient Grains bread is baked in Melbourne each Monday and arrives at our warehouse on Wednesdays. We refrigerate it immediately to extend the shelf life and deliver to our customers on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Please use within 1-3 days or freeze to extend the shelf life.

As this bread contains no preservatives, it does not last as long as regular sandwich loaves and will go mouldy if left out for too long.
