Deliciously light & fluffy. Ancient Grains Rice Bread is rich in carbohydrates & low in fat. Great for sandwiches or as toast. Please note, there is added gluten in this bread, hence it is not a gluten free loaf.

Ingredients: Organic Rice Flour & Sourdough (Certified Organic), Filtered Water, Denatured Gluten, Organic Rice Bran, Sea Salt, Olive Oil.

Ancient Grains bread is baked in Melbourne each Monday and arrives at our warehouse on Wednesdays. We freeze it immediately to extend the shelf life.

Please use within 3 days or keep frozen to extend the shelf life.

As this bread contains no preservatives, it does not last as long as regular sandwich loaves and will go mouldy if not kept frozen.
