Happy Monday!

Pinch and a punch for the first day of the month! čśŐ
Hope you are all enjoying the long weekend and loving the drop in temperature as we step into the first day of May.

May means Mother's Day is just around the corner and what better way to show your appreciation than by giving your mum the gift of free groceries for a month! We are excited to announce our latest competition where you could win a month's supply of fresh, spray-free food for your mum.

To enter, simply answer 'What was your favourite food your mother made when you were growing up? along with your details and you will be in the draw to win.

The prize includes a large fruit & veg box, 1L of Barambah Organic milk, and a freshly baked organic sourdough loaf delivered to your mum's doorstep each week for four weeks! Starting from May 18th.

The winner will be announced on May 15th via our newsletter and social media channels. To be eligible, you must live within our delivery area, which includes Brisbane and the Gold Coast (north as far as Burpengary, south as far as Palm Beach, west as far as Ipswich).

The total value of the prize is $320 and cannot be exchanged for cash. Don't miss out on this chance to show your mum how much you care by entering our competition via this link today!

Did your mother ever tell you that an apple a day keeps the doctor away? Well we have apples galore this week with 5 different varieties for you to choose from. The drop in temperature means we have new season Stanthorpe apples to enjoy and we are sourcing all but the pink ladies from the Granite Belt region.

Royal Gala, Summer Delicious and Red Delicious apples all grown with organic farming practices from legendary Dennis. Certified Organic Pink Lady apples are from R+R Smith in Tassie. And Spray-Free Granny Smith apples from Mario Garcia, our newly added apple grower we support.

Last week we posted about the farmer (Mario Garcia) behind our delicious granny smith apples. If you'd like to learn more about him and why he's passionate about supplying us with his nutrient dense apples, you can learn more about him here.

We also have a limited supply of beetroot bunches with leaves, sorrel and watercress. Be quick if you are wanting to add some variety into your diet this week with these.

For those of you who were asking, we now have Byron Bay Chicken Bone Broth back in stock. Was more popular than we had expected.

Also have two new Riverbell Cottage soap scents to try - Rooibos & Coconut along with Lemon Myrtle. If you haven't tried them yet, you might like to know that Riverbell Cottage's products are all 100% vegan, made with natural plant-based oils, butters, clays and essential oils. They cleanse and moisturise and help to promote good skin health without leaving any nasty residues behind.

For the Blue Dinosaur Bar fans, there is a new flavour we have stocked - Cheesecake Base. It doesn't disappoint and is made with just Dates, Cashew Butter (from 100% Roasted Cashew Nuts), Organic Coconut, Pink Himalayan Rock Salt, Nothing Else!
