Hope this finds you warm, cosy and well on this freezing cold morning.

This week, we are celebrating Mums by offering one lucky mum the opportunity to win a month's supply of spray-free groceries!

To enter our competition, simply complete the form on this page and tell us about your favourite food your mum made when you were growing up. Roast lamb, spaghetti bolognaise and lasagna are some of the most popular favourites we've seen so far.

In other news, this week we've finally started stocking more meat! We've teamed up with Karra from the Australian Organic Meat Co at Capalaba to offer you some Certified Organic Meat with your order. It will come to you frozen to ensure it stays super fresh. To start with we've added some of your staple cuts but we're planning to expand it soon. Please let us know what else you'd like to see added.


This week we have new season Winter Cole Pears from Farmer Mario in Stanthorpe. If you've never tried this variety before, you're in for a treat.

Winter Cole Pears have a sweet, juicy white flesh. Generally smaller and rounder than the more traditional Williams Pears. Winter Cole Pears have a slightly brown skin and a richer flavour.

Pears are high up on the dirty dozen list but with these pears you won't need to worry about pesticides or fungicides.  

Mario uses organic farming practices and has been doing so for more than 30 years! He knows a thing or two about how to produce the perfect fruit.


We have some beautiful Pasta 'Bah Duck Egg Custard and fresh GF Pasta at an absolute steal this week due to the short date. These products are lovingly made fresh each week by Fabian in the Northern Rivers. 

The duck egg custard is extra decadent with fresh ingredients from the famous Allard's dairy in Burringbar. This this would be the perfect addition to an apple crumble or perhaps some stewed winter cole pears.

Our Loco Love chocolates have been restocked and we have a new flavour - Salted Caramel Shortbread. This is going to blow your mind and taste buds in the best way. Enrobed in dark decadent 70% Peruvian cacao, this truffle bar contains a glorious meeting of refined sugar free vegan caramel and gluten-free shortbread, a chewy, crumbly, dreamy combo completed by fragrant biodynamic Tasmanian salt. 

Perhaps the perfect treat to spoil your mum with this Mother's Day.
