This week’s show-stoppers are small in size but BIG on flavour (and nutrition!).
Certified Organic and fresh from Kalfresh Organics in the Lockyer Valley, these juicy little beauties are crunchy, colourful and just the cutest snackable veg going around. Slice them into salads, roast them whole, or enjoy straight outta the fridge.
These lil guys may be tiny, but they’re nutritional powerhouses loaded with vitamins A, C, E, B2, B6, folate, potassium, magnesium, iron… the list goes on.
Certified Organic from Peninsula Fresh Organics in Victoria, this broccolini is packed with Vitamin C. In fact one cup is said to contain 135% of the daily recommended dose. Great for the immune system, plus it’s full of flavour.
🌱 Smart Greens Microgreens – New!
We’re officially stocking super fresh Radish and Broccoli microgreens from Smart Greens – a local network of indoor hydroponic farmers using vertical farms to grow nutrient-dense greens with 95% less water than traditional farming. No bad stuff! Zilch, zero, nada, nothing.
