From the legend who brings us Cleopatra Bathmilk, our mate Trevor out in the Goomboorian Valley is growing some absolute beauties. Cauliflower aināt just pretty - itās a nutritional powerhouse packed with vitamin C, vitamin K and folate to keep your immune system, bones and energy levels thriving. Roast it, mash it, soup itā¦ this versatile veggie can do it all.

Theyāre not quite ready yet, but as the days warm up, these tropical sweethearts will start rolling in. Perfect for breakfast bowls, smoothies, or just grabbing a spoon and eating straight from the skin (it comes with its very own bowl).

Itās that time of year again when the chilly weather puts a bit of strain on our lovely cows. Did you know they produce less milk in extreme hot or cold weather? Itās their clever way of conserving energy to stay warm. šāļø
So, you might notice a few gaps in our dairy range from Barambah and Mungalli right now ā especially yoghurt. Donāt worry, our farmers (and their clever coos) are doing their best to keep us stocked. In the meantime, weāll do our very best to provide as much dairy as we can.
