Unlike Chinese garlic (which is often bleached, cold-stored, and grown with chemicals banned in Australia), our elephant garlic is Aussie-grown, organic, and tastes the way garlic should. Perfect for roasting, smashing into butter, or warding off vampires. 🧛♂️
